1, Lift presserfoot.
2. Hold needle thread looselywith left hand.Turn handwheel
toward you, looseningneedle into hole into plate.
3. Continue to do this until needle rises above needle plate.
Next, pull gently needle thread bringingup bobbin in a loop

4. Open loop with fingerstofind the endofbobbinthread.
5. Draw both threads through the opening in presser foot
(illustration 2). Pullboth threadsto backofmachine.
6. Finally, c losethe bobbin visor completely
