Error message
E13: Water level
The water remains in the hood of
the CPS after cleaning.
Cause
The drain valve does not open. The vat
remains full of water.
The main pump is not running. The vat
remains full of water.
The vat is empty. The fill level sensor is stuck
or defective.
The program step time has been exceeded. Call Dräger Service.
The float switch is stuck or defective.
Mains power supply failure, RCD tripped,
main switch, emergency stop confirmed
This error message appears after a restart of
the PLC if a wash procedure is started or
was active.
The drum lock is not released.
The drum is jammed by PPE.
The motor or the control PCB is defective.
There is temporarily too much water in the
head section of the CPS. The water heater is
no longer covered.
There is permanently too much water in the
head section of the CPS. The impeller pump
is defective.
The water in the system is being lost during
the wash procedure, e.g., due to leakage.
The cabin or the valve is not closing.
The impeller pump is defective or has too
little suction power.
The CPS is not positioned on the frame
according to the operating instructions.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Call Dräger Service.
Call Dräger Service.
Open the technical cabinet. Clean the fill level
sensors at the bottom of the vat next to the
intake port.
If the error persists, call Dräger Service.
Stop the plant.
Open the system overview.
Check the ease of movement of the float
switch (e.g. loosen the float switch again with
a rod).
If the error persists, call Dräger Service.
Acknowledge the error with the F8 key below
the touchscreen.
Release the locking pin so that the drum can
rotate freely.
Remove the interfering PPE. Check the frame
and the PPE for damage.
Call Dräger Service.
The impeller pump is pumping the water out of
the CPS. The error will clear by itself.
Check the fuse for the impeller pump.
If the error persists, call Dräger Service.
Call Dräger Service.
Call Dräger Service.
Reposition and close the CPS.
