5. Modify the wash procedure in accordance with the
following information or create and save a new one.
In program management, the properties displayed in the
previous view can be set.
Settings are discarded and not saved.
Display returns to the program library.
Settings are saved and the wash procedure
is created or modified. A message also
appears.
View wash procedure or go back. A
maximum of four steps are displayed per
view.
WARNING
For personalized wash procedures or when using other deter-
gents/disinfectants, no responsibility is assumed for compati-
bility with the detergent/disinfectant used, for the washing
result or for any damage that may be caused to the PPE.
If the washed itemsare not rinsed until the water runs clear,
there may be residue from the disinfectant, for example.
Depending on the disinfectant, this may be harmful to the
user's health.
► The cleaning instructions from the PPE manufacturer and
the safety data sheets for the detergent/disinfectant must
be observed.
► For personalized wash procedures, the washed items must
always be rinsed until the water runs clear and then dried.
NOTICE
► The step names are predefined and can be selected from
a drop-down menu.
► At the end of a wash procedure, the Program end step
must always be selected, otherwise the MFC 7000 will not
detect the end of the wash procedure.
► The concentration of agents 2 and 3 can only be set once
a corresponding Dosing detergent 2 and 3 program step is
used. If the options are not installed, the setting for the
dosing quantity will not be visible in the upper area either.

NOTICE
The spray nozzles in the cabin and on the respective frame
can only be activated with the Heat up system, Dosing
detergent, Cleaning and disinfecting and Purging program
steps.
► The spray nozzles in the cabin are divided into cabin
nozzles 1 and 2. If pulse/pause is set, first the spray
nozzles in the cabin are actuated and then, if selected, the
spray nozzle on the trolley. The time set for pulse/pause for
the cabin nozzles always refers to both cabin nozzles 1 and
2.
► The various options and their features are highlighted in
the following.

The various steps and possible settings are described below.
Program step
Description
Fill vat
The vat is filled with fresh water until the
level sensor LS3 is activated.
The program step is ended when the sensor
LS3 detects water. If the LS3 sensor does
not detect any water within 10 minutes, the
MFC 7000 goes into fault mode and
displays an error on the touchscreen. If the
Heat up system program step follows, the
desired temperature can already be
selected.
