Test program
The automatic test program is used to check the spray pattern
of the nozzles and the function of the dosing pumps.
1. Load the cabin with empty CPS trolley and connect it. If
there is no CPS trolley available, another trolley can be
used.
2. Start the test program (see chapter 4.3.3 on page 37).
While the test program is running, various points on the
MFC 7000 must be checked for functional integrity. The
program steps with the respective controls are listed below:
a. Fill the vat with water.
b. Dose agents 1, 2 and 3 (agents 2 and 3 are optional) at
1% each. During this program step, the user in the tech-
nical cabinet must observe the dosing pump and check
whether the hose pump is rotating.
c. Rinse with pulse/pause cycle (10 seconds each) from
the spray nozzles on the trolley and spray nozzles 1
and 2 for 3 minutes. During this program step, check all
nozzles in the cabin and trolley through the doorto see
if water is leaking and the spray pattern looks correct.

salt in the container that the water is not visible.

Replacing the water filter
NOTICE
Do not unscrew the filter cup while water is in the line.
1. Open the technical cabinet.
2. Close all water taps (cold and hot water tap depending on
the option).
3. Switch MFC 7000 to Manual plant mode (see
chapter 4.3.7).
4. Open all valves. This causes the water to run off the line
system or to become pressureless.
5. Manually select the valve for backwashing on the
touchscreen, this opens the rotary valve at the bottom of
the filter cup.
6. Immediately afterwards, unscrew the black plastic plug on
the top of the filter approximately halfway until the filter
draws air. The water level in the filter drops visibly. If the
water level has not dropped sufficiently, the valve for
backwashing must be selected again.
7. When the filter cup is completely empty, loosen the drain
hose at the bottom of the filter.
8. Release the automatic backwashing system (turn the
bayonet-type connector by 90 °).
9. Loosen the filter cup with the filter key and remove the filter.
