a) The three earth wires must not be connected to any functional electrical conductor on the trailer.
b) The number plate light must be connected in such a way that none of its bulbs are connected to contact nos. 5
and 7.
c) The colour assignments vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and may not be the same. Differences may
occur.
