10.3.14.7 MicroFlow

Use the "Calibration" option to newly calibrate the transducer during initial installation or
when changing the product.
NOTICE!
During calibration, the pump must be operating with required setting, and the
metering medium must be free from bubbles when flowing through the
measuring transducer.
On activating the "calibration" function, the values for min. conductivity (electrical
connection between the measuring transducer pegs in the measuring transducer
disrupted) and max. conductivity (electrical connection) are determined.

These values are then used to calculate and display a difference.
To monitor the system well, the difference should be greater than 3..4.

When activating batch mode with a signal to the metering lock/pulse input (plug II) (or at
plug VII if a Dongle Box is used) pin 2+4 (input pulse) or pin 3+4 (input metering lock), a
previously defined quantity is metered with 100 % ,"Metering monitoring / Input (only at
E60 WITHOUT Dongle box)", electrical connection

The batch metering can be interrupted by deactivating the release (metering lock) or
switching off the pump.
