Function and system design

The ASP Station 2000 is a stationary sampler for fully-automated sampling, defined distribution and
thermostatic storage of liquid media.

The sampling liquid is extracted discontinuously by means of a vacuum system. The vacuum system
of the ASP Station 2000 consists of the following components:
• Vacuum diaphragm pump
• Wear-free pneumatic step switch "Air manager"
• Dosing system (Figure 53, 'Sampling principle')
