DEFROST

Defrost automatically defrosts all the foods shown in the Defrost
Chart.
• Suppose you want to defrost a 2.0 pound steak with Standard
time.
1. Press MICROWAVE, turn the Dial to select AUTO and press
ENTER.
2. Turn the Dial to select DEFROST and press ENTER.
3. Turn the Dial to select the desired food STEAKS, CHOPS and
press ENTER.
4. Turn the Dial to select the desired amount 2.0 lb. and press
ENTER.
5. Make sure STANDARD is selected and press ENTER.
6. Press START.
7. The oven will stop and directions will be displayed. Follow the
indicated message. Press START.
