LED Status Indicator on the Charging Station
The LED status indicator on the charging station must show a solid or flashing GREEN for a correct installation. If not, follow the below instructions:

Cause
1. The product searches for the charging
station, or is reversing out of the charging
station.
2. The mowing motor is damage.
3. The mower operates in transport path.
1. Grass or other foreign object blocks the
blades.
2. The battery is reaching End-of-life.
3. Dull blades. More energy is needed when
cutting the grass.
The battery is reaching End-of-life.
The rain sensor switch is triggered
unintentionally.

Solution
1. No action. The blade disc does not rotate
when the product is searching for the
charging station.
2. Contact EGO service center.
3. No action. The mower operates in this path,
but does not cut grass.
1. Remove and clean the chassis and blades.
2. Contact EGO service center.
3. Replace all the blades and screws.

Check the rain sensor switch. This function
can be disabled if necessary in the app.
