SelecType Window
Use this window to set up the printer driver to operate with separately
installed options, and to configure the printer to suit your individual
requirements. Make sure you have installed all options correctly in
accordance with the instructions contained in this guide.
The settings and button functions for this window are described below.
Memory
Use this pull-down menu to specify the amount of memory
installed in your printer. The selections available in this list are:
1MB, 2MB, 3MB, 5MB.
Page Protect
Use this pull-down menu to switch the Page Protect function on
and off. Page Protect allocates additional printer memory to a
printing job. You should turn Page Protect on if you are printing a
highly complex page and do not have sufficient memory.
