Changing settings

The EPSON printer driver uses a variety of graphic icons, pull-down
menus, and sliders to make settings quick and easy. The following are
the Windows-type methods you can use to make your settings.
Click on an on-screen button to execute its function or to switch

between two possible settings.
Click on a check box to select or deselect an option.

Click on the pointer to open a pull-down menu, and then highlight
o
an item on the list to select it.
Click on a text box and input a number.
o
Move a slider (by dragging it or by clicking on pointers) to select
o
a value on a scale.
This guide uses terms such as "select" or "enter a number" to describe
the above operations. If you need more information, see your
Windows User's Guide.

Restoring prior settings

None of the settings you make with the printer driver setup windows
are actually saved until you click OK in the Main window to close the
printer driver.
If you want to close without saving your settings, click Cancel instead
of OK. This closes the printer driver and restores its settings to what
they were before you changed them.
If you make changes in the Paper Sizes, Print Mode, or Printer Setting
window and close the window by clicking OK, the latest settings are
not saved until you click OK in the Main window. If you click Cancel
instead of OK, your settings will not be saved and the previous
settings will remain active.
