Before proceeding see chap. 2
1. Remove the container
2. Remove the instrument panel and
knobs
3. If necessary, remove the hotplate
(raised hotplate model / see chap. 2 -
Indication on residual risks / Crushing
limbs)
REPLACING THE THERMOCOUPLE
1. Disconnect the thermocouple from
the thermostat (on applicable models,
also disconnect the Faston connec-
tors, see ILL sect. - REF. i) Fig 2 / A-B)
2. Unscrew the thermocouple from the
pilot
3. Refit the new thermocouple and re-
store the connections
REPLACING IGNITION SPARK
Remove the high-voltage cable of

the spark
Unscrew the nut
2.
Replace the spark new
3.
Connect the high voltage cable
4.
REPLACING PIEZO
Remove the cable from the piezo
1.
electric ignitor
Remove the ignitor to replace
2.
Fit the new piezo electric ignitor

REPLACING COMPONENTS

GAS THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the fixing clip
2. Remove the bulb from the support
3. Unscrew the gas inlet and outlet
connections
4. Unscrew the thermocouple
5. Install the new thermostat
6. Check the by-pass screw (for the
reduce heat input / see previous para-
graph and Technical Data Tables)
7. Replace the connections and the
removed parts
If the thermostat is repla-
ced, fit one of the same mo-
del, see ILL sect. - REF. i)
REPLACING BURNER
1. Pull out the thermostat bulb
2. Remove the burner guide
3. Unscrew the screws fastening the
pilot unit and remove it
4. Disconnect the gas connections
5. Take the lid off the combustion
chamber, if present
6. Unscrew the screws fastening the
burner and remove it
7. Put the new burner in place and refit
any previously removed parts (guide,
pilot unit, etc.)
8. Restore the connections
Check the gas voltage with the
special tools and replace the par-
ts removed in the correct order

3. Hotplate.
4. Cooking oil/grease collection con-
tainer.
