ATTENZIONE
PERICOLO DI DI URTO,
SCHIACCIAMENTO, IMPIGLIA-
MENTO, TRASCINAMENTO,
CADUTA E ABRASIONE.
Questi pericoli possono
essere causati da
brandeggio o altri
movimenti imprevisti del
pistone durante le
operazioni seguenti
descritte dal punto 5.2.8 a
5.2.19 compreso, punti che
devono essere letti dagli
addetti prima di iniziare.
Gli addetti a queste opera-
zioni devono essere come
minimo 2:
A - un tecnico che dirige ed
è responsabile delle
operazioni
B - uno o più aiutanti.
Devono, durante le
operazioni, essere in
comunicazione tra loro,
aver letto attentamente le
prescrizioni di sicurezza in
testa a questo manuale
(parte 2), indossare i
dispositivi di protezione
individuali ed eseguire le
operazioni con calma e con
controllo.
5.2.8
Il tecnico A aziona il paranco
fino a che le funi di solleva-
mento sono quasi tese.
5.2.9
L'aiutante (o gli aiutanti) B
afferra il capo della fune di
controllo - NON LEGATA O
AVVOLTA A PARTI DEL
CORPO - in modo che , in
caso di pericolo, possa
lasciarla andare.
5.2.10
Sollevare lentamente il
pistone, fino a che la parte
anteriore si alzi dal suo
supporto.
5.2.11
Da questo punto in avanti,
l'aiutante B dovrà controllare il
movimento della parte
terminale del pistone.
5.2.12
Gradualmente il tecnico A
solleva il pistone nel vano e
l'aiutante B, mantenendosi a
debita distanza dal vano,
provvede a tenere in tensione
la fune di controllo e far
scivolare il pistone sulla
protezione, in modo che non
si danneggi né il pistone né il
pavimento, fino ad arrivare in
prossimità della soglia del
vano. FERMARE IL TECNICO
A IN MODO DA NON
LASCIARE ANDARE IL
PISTONE NEL VANO.

5.2.7
ATTENTION
DANGER OF CRASHING,
SQUASHING, CATCHING,
DRAGGING, FALL AND
EXCORIATION
These dangers can be
caused by traverse or other
unforeseen movement of
the piston during the
following operations
described from points 5.2.8
to 5.2.19, that must be read
thoroughly by the operators
before starting.
The persons in charge of
these operations must be at
least 2.
A - a technicians that
controls and is
responsible for the
operations
B - one or more assistants.
They must be continuously
in communication during the
operations, being
acquainted with the safety
prescriptions indicated in
this manual (part 2), wear
the individual protections
and perform the operations
with calm and control.
5.2.8
The technician A activates the
tackle until the lifting ropes
are almost tensed.
5.2.9
The assistant (or the
assistants) B grasps the end
of the control rope - WITHOUT
BINDING IT OR WINDING IT
AROUND ANY PART OF HIS
BODY - so that in case of
danger he can let it go.
5.2.10
Slowly lift the piston, until the
front part lifts from its support.
5.2.11
From this point on, the
assistant B must control the
movement of the end of the
piston.
5.2.12
The technician A gradually
lifts the piston into the lift room
and the assistant B,
remaining at a fit distance
from the room, tends the
control rope and let the piston
slide on the protection, in
order to avoid damaging the
piston and the floor, up to
reach the edge of the room.
STOP TECHNICIAN A TO
AVOID LEAVING THE
PISTON FALLING INTO THE
ROOM.
