Comportandosi come
descritto nella parte 4, portare
il pistone imballato, singolo o
in più pezzi, il più vicino
possibile ma all'esterno del
luogo d'installazione.
5.1.3
AVVERTENZA
Non togliere la squadretta
di testa che fissa lo stelo al
cilindro. Liberare il pistone
dal pallet o dalle zeppe e
togliere l'imballo dalle
estremità.
5.1.4
Se il vano che ospiterà
l'ascensore ha il tetto aperto:
a - munirsi di una gru
b - imbracare il pistone con
le due funi ed infilare il
pistone nel vano
c - eseguire le operazioni
descritte nel capitolo 5.2,
5.3, 5.4, 5.5 o 5.6 a
seconda del tipo di
pistone da posizionare.
Nel caso si debba infilare il
pistone da una porta
dell'ascensore, comportarsi
come descritto qui di seguito.
5.1.5
Posizionare il pistone il modo
che la testata sia orientata
verso l'accesso al vano.
sollevarlo su due blocchi di
legno, in modo da poter far
passare sotto di esso le funi.
Qualora il pistone sia in più
pezzi, questi ultimi saranno
orientati in modo che la giunta
al pezzo superiore sia rivolta
verso l'ingresso.
5.1.6
Poiché il pistone - una volta
all'interno del vano - verrà
appoggiato a terra e ad una
parete del vano, predisporre a
terra un asse di legno o altro
per proteggere la parte
terminale.
5.1.7
Controllare che all'interno del
vano ci siano le predisposi-
zioni necessarie per poter
posizionare il pistone
(supporto di fondo, ancoraggi,
pilastrino, spine, ecc.).
Qualora il pistone venga
montato su pilastrino,
controllare che quest'ultimo
sia ben fissato (a cura
dell'installatore).

Perform the operations
described at point 4, bring the
packed piston, single- or
multi-stage, as near as
possible to the installation
place but outside it.
5.1.3
WARNING
Do not remove the head
bracket that fix the stem to
the cylinder. Remove the
pallet or the wedges and
remove the package at the
ends.
5.1.4
If the roof of the location in
which the piston must be set
is open:
a -
take a crane
b -
sling the piston into
two ropes and insert the
piston into the room
c -
perform the operations
described at points 5.2, 5.3,
5.4, 5.5 o 5.6 according to the
type of piston to set.
In case the piston must be
introduced through a lift door,
follow the next indications:
5.1.5
Position the piston in order
that is head is oriented
towards the entrance of the
room. Lift it on two wood
blocks, to insert the ropes
under it.
In case the piston is divided
into pieces, these will be set
so that the seams to the upper
piece is oriented toward the
entrance
5.1.6
Since the piston - once set
into its room - will be laid on
the ground and to a wall of
the room, set on ground a
wooden board or other, to
protect the end.
5.1.7
Check that into the room the
right setting to position the
piston have been foreseen
(bottom support, anchoring,
pillar, plugs, etc)
In case the piston is mounted
on the pillar, check that this
has been correctly installed.
