Operation - AUTOMATIC "OPTIMA"
To manage the print functions, access the "SETTINGS"
screen (9, Fig. 7.53).
Access the following:
"SETTINGS / Network and Printing - Printer".
Field for switching the printer On/Off.
ISet "Enabled" to enable printing.
Set "Disabled" to disable printing; when the printer is not
used for a long time.
"SETTINGS / Network and Printing - Paper Size".
Field for selecting the print format. Activate the format
which matches the paper size used, A4 or Letter.
"SETTINGS / Network and Printing – Printer type" .
Field used for selecting the type of printer to connect to
the machine pc.
The following can be selected in the Parameter:
- GENERIC USB: activates a general printer connection
via a USB port.
- NETWORK PDF:
this print option produces a PDF file.
If the Networking "Snap-on Network" function is activated,
the Pdf file will be sent to the remote.
When a USB key is inserted in a USB port on the
machine, the Pdf file will be recorded on it.
- XXX (Model List):
A list of printer models is available from which the model
to be installed can be selected.
"SETTINGS / Network and Print – Printer replacement
mode".
This field is used to select the printer model to use for the
local print, or the print to the network PC.
To use the Printer Fast Replacement function, the "Printer
model" setting in the SETTINGS must be on "Network
Pdf".
At this stage, use the TOGGLE key (Fig. 7.54a) to select
either:
- Local print
- Network print.

Pour la gestion des fonctionnalités de l'imprimante,
accéder à la page-écran "REGLAGES" (Touche 9, Fig.
7.53).
Suivre les chemins de sélection:
"REGLAGES / Réseau et Impression - Imprimante".
C'est le champ utile pour l'activation / désactivation de
l'imprimante.
Paramétrer "Activer" pour activer l'impression.
Paramétrer "Désactiver" pour désactiver l'impression, à
recommander si l'imprimante doit rester inutilisée pendant
lontemps.
"REGLAGES / Réseau et Impression - Format Papier".
Ce champ permet de sélectionner le format d'impression.
Activer le format correspondant au support papier utilisé,
A4 ou Lettre.
"REGLAGES / Réseau et Impression - Type
imprimante" .
Le champ permet de sélectionner le type d'imprimante à
raccorder à l'ordinateur de la machine.
Pour ce Paramètre, il est possible de sélectionner:
- GENERIC USB: active la connexion d'une imprimante
traditionnelle par le biais du port USB .
- NETWORK PDF: l'impression produit un fichier PDF.
En présence de la fonctionnalité Networking "Snap-on
Network", le fichier Pdf sera adressé à l'ordinateur
distant.
Si une clé UB est enfichée dans le port USB de la
machine, le fichier Pdf y sera enregistré .
- XXX (Liste modèles): Il s'agit d'une liste de modèles
d'imprimante permettant à l'utilisateur de sélectionner son
propre modèle.
"REGLAGES / Réseau et Impression- Mode
Remplacement Imprimante".
Ce champ permet de sélectionner le modèle d'imprimante
pour l'impression dans le mode local, au lieu de
l'impression vers l'ordinateur du réseau.
Pour pouvoir utiliser la fonctionnalité de Remplacement
rapide de l'imprimante, le paramètre "Modèle d'imprimante"
du menu Réglages doit être nécessairement "Network
Pdf".
A ce stade, avec la touche TOGGLE (Fig. 7.54a), il est
possible de sélectionner soit - Impression en local
- Impression en réseau.
