Thread the eye bolt 4 to 5 turns into the brass fitting of the flying wire
attachment points.

Slide a brass sleeve over the end of the braided cable. Pass the cable
through the swivel and then back through the sleeve.

Loop the cable back through the sleeve and slide the crimp as close to
the swivel as possible. Try to leave as little excess cable as possible. Use
crimping pliers to secure the sleeve to the cable.
