1. INCLUDED IN DELIVERY
Check that the exterior of the cardboard delivery packaging is intact and make
sure that all contents are included in the delivery. Before use, ensure that there
is no visible damage to the device or accessories and that all packaging ma-
terial has been removed. If you have any doubts, do not use the device and
contact your retailer or the specified Customer Services address.

2. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR DEVICE
What is this Digital TENS/EMS device and what can it do?
This digital TENS/EMS device falls into the category of electrostimulation de-
vices. It delivers three basic functions which can also be combined:
1. Electrical stimulation of nerve tracts (TENS)
2. Electrical stimulation of muscle tissue (EMS)
3. A massage e ect triggered by electrical signals.
The device also features two independent stimulation channels and four
self-adhesive electrodes. It o ers a wide range of functions for increasing gen-
eral well-being, pain relief, maintaining physical fitness, relaxation, muscle revi-
talisation and combatting tiredness. For these purposes, you can either choose
from preset programs or specify your own to suit your individual needs.
Electrostimulation devices utilise the operating principle of imitating pulses in
our bodies – these simulated pulses are transferred to nerve and muscle fibres
