Démontage et remontage
Remontage
• Enrouler un carton de 1 mm sur le collecteur.
• Placer un morceau convenable de presspahn à la
partie inférieure du stator.
• Inspecter les joints principaux et appliquer une
couche mince de graisse au silicone avant de les
replacer sur le stator. S'assurer que les surfaces de
contact du stator et des plateaux-paliers sont
propres.
• Vérifier que les roulements sont garnis de graisse
fraîche.
• Lever l'induit et l'introduire dans le stator.
• Remonter le plateau-palier du côté BA.
• Remonter les garde-graisses du côté BA.
• Enlever le presspahn.
• Remonter le plateau-palier du côté collecteur.
• Engager les câbles dans le presse-étoupe de la
boîte à bornes.
• Remonter les garde-graisses du côté collecteur.
• Vérifier que l'induit tourne librement.
• Bloquer les conducteurs sur la couronne porte-
balais.
• Remonter la boîte à bornes et fixer les câbles et
conducteurs conformément au schéma des bornes.
• Enlever le carton de protection du collecteur.
• Insérer les balais dans les porte-balais et vérifier
qu'ils se déplacent librement dans les cages des
porte-balais.
• Lubrifier la machine.
• Remonter les couvercles d'inspection avec leurs
joints.
• Remonter tous les accessoires.
Dismantling and reassembling
Reassembling
• Wrap a piece of 1 mm thick insulating material
around the commutator.
• Place a suitable piece of insulating material into the
lower part of the stator.
• Inspect the main gaskets and apply a thin coat of
silicon before they are put into the stator. Make sure
that the mating surfaces of stator and end shields
are clean.
• Do not forget to fill the bearing parts with grease
during assembly.
• Lift the armature into the stator.
• Assemble the end shield at the D-end.
• Assemble the bearing covers at the D-end.
• Remove the piece of insulating material.
• Assemble the end shield at the ND-end.
• Thread the cables through the seal into the terminal
box.
• Assemble the bearing covers at the ND-end.
• Check that the armature turns easily.
• Fasten the leads to the brush gear.
• Assemble the terminal box and attach cables and
leads according to the terminal diagram.
• Remove the protective insulating material from the
commutator.
• Insert brushes into brush holders and check that
they can move freely in their brush holder pockets.
• Lubricate the machine.
• Assemble inspection covers including gaskets.
• Assemble all accessories.
