Precisie
De totale precisie (within-device) werd bepaald overeenkomstig het CLSI
Protocol EP5-A2. Afinion HbA1c controle C I , controle C II en vier
EDTA volbloedmonsters werden gedurende 10 dagen, 2 runs per dag en
4 herhalingen per run geanalyseerd. Er werden 3 partijen Afinion HbA1c-
tests gebruikt. De precisiegegevens zijn samengevat in tabel 3 (% HbA1c)
en tabel 4 (HbA1c, mmol/mol).

Prestatietests met de AFINION
De prestaties van de Afinion HbA1c die werden verkregen met de
Afinion 2-analysator bleken gelijkwaardig aan die verkregen met de Alere
Afinion AS100-analysator.
