The 301-AP programming menu offers many options, as illustrated in the image below:

Using the Menu

Follow these steps to access and use the programming menu:
1. Press the Enter pushbutton to access the menu. The password screen appears requesting the password.
2. The first letter in the password is underlined to show that it can be changed. Press
the up or down arrow to scroll to the desired letter or number.
3. Press the Enter pushbutton to confirm the first letter or number.
4. Use the arrows to scroll to the desired second letter.
5. Press the Enter pushbutton to confirm the password. If it is correct, the following
screen appears.
The default password is 2967 for newer 301-AP and
VA for older versions. If an incorrect password is en-
tered, the menu cannot be accessed and the unit re-
turns to normal operation mode.
