NOTES: 1. The fitting of non- -genuine parts such as pick- -ups, fans and different equipment must comply with the EC
certification of safety regulations.
The use of the above equipment could cause operating failures and non- -reliability of the baler.
Gallignani rejects any responsability for damage caused by non-genuine equipment or accessories.

NET WRAPPER - - Fig. 5
Assembly
Usually this accessory is installed and adjusted by
the Dealer, through his skilled staff.
ATTENTION: open or remove the baler
guards only when the machine is at a stand-
still.
With open tailgate, engage on both sides the safety
device, see fig. 23. Before resuming work, make sure
that all the guards are correctly installed.
Proceed as follows:
-- remove the baler side guards.
-- Fit the net extension, re. 1 fig. 9, fastening it by
two screws on each side, re. 2 fig. 9.
-- Position the net wrapper assembly as shown in
fig. 10.
-- Make sure that the assembly lays correctly on the
frame.
-- Fasten the plate, re. 8, on the wrapper frame,
making sure to fit the required bushing for the
plate rotation after tightening the screw.
SECTION 7
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
-- Fasten the plate, re. 8 fig. 10, on the frame,
tightening the screws, re. 9 fig. 10.
-- Assemble the plate on the opposite side, follow-
ing the same procedure.
-- Assemble the spring support, re. 6 fig. 12, and
couple the relevant spring.
-- Assemble the link rod, re. 1, fig. 12, fastening it to
the tailgate hinge by a self--locking nut; then fit an
M10 nut as shim, re. 7, a washer M8x22, the
spring re. 3, another washer M8x22 and the nut,
re. 5.
-- Remove the guard, re. 10 fig. 10, and take out the
net start control actuator electrical cable; take it
out from the left side, fit it on the net wrapper
frame, re. 3 fig. 33. Close again the guard, re. 10
fig. 10.
-- Connect the wires as shown in fig. 6, linking the
green to the red and the black with the green.
