OPERATION - - CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS
AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL WRAPPING
CYCLE
-- Select the pressure of the density hydraulic cir-
cuit depending on the crop type to be produced,
by the adjustable valve, re. 2 fig. 3, for the follo-
wing crops:
-- 90 -- 120 bar (white scale of the pressure gauge),
standard pressure for work on green grass.
-- 100 -- 130 bar (yellow scale of the pressure gau-
ge), medium pressure for working on half--wilted

fodder or straw in good conditions.

-- 130 --140 bar (green scale of the pressure gau-

ge), high pressure on dry hay for animal feeding.
L
-- 140 -- 170 bar (yellow scale of the pressure gau-
ge), max. working pressure for crops destined to
I
crushing or very dry and brittle straw.
S
-- 170 -- 250 bar (red scale of the pressure gauge),
H
safety pressure limit; never work inside this ran-
ge.
-- Select "twine wrapper" by the key, re. 3, fig. 7:
the selection is shown in the display, re. 6, fig. 7.
-- Select the key, re. 2, fig. 7 in "AUTO" or "MAN-
UAL" position, to carry out the automatic or man-
ual wrapping.
-- Start harvesting for baling.
-- Once the pre--set pressure is reached, the sound
alarm operates for about 2 seconds, informing
the operator to stop the tractor forward move-
ment.
-- Now, if the automatic wrapping has been selec-
ted, the motor operates to start the twines.
-- If the manual wrapping has been selected, the
"Start" key, re. 1, fig. 7, must be operated manual-
ly.
NOTE: if the bales are pressed with a pressure lower than 120 bar, the calibration of the valve re. 4, fig. 5 must
be decreased (follow the procedure described in section 4, paragraph "Tailgate closing relief valve adjust-
ment").

NET WRAPPER (IF FITTED)

UAL" position, to carry out the automatic or man-
ual wrapping.
-- Start harvesting for baling.
