OPERATION - - CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS
DENSITY
The density is granted by the conveyor bars, opera-
ted by chains, that send the rotary movement of the
shaped bale and by the crop inlet inside the bale
chamber; during the first step, the crop fills the cham-
ber, that it continues and is pressed until reaching the
pre--set density.
The density can be selected according to the working
conditions and the crop type, by an adjustable hy-
draulic pressostat, integrated in the hydraulic pres-
sure control pressure gauge. This pressure gauge is

located at the right of the steering shaft, re. 1 fig. 3.

The hydraulic circuit pressure can reach max. 230
bar.

WRAPPING
Wrapping can be made with a double twine, fig. 4, or
a net, fig. 5 (with net wrapper kit available upon de-
mand).
Wrapping can be operated manually or it can be au-
tomatically managed by the on--board computer.
When the bale has reached the pre--set pressure, the
buzzer integrated in the on--board computer is oper-
ated for about 2 seconds. Simultaneously (if the au-
tomatic wrapping has been selected), the motor for
twine start, re. 2, fig. 4, or that for the net start, re. 1,
fig. 6, is operated. If the manual wrapping is selected,
the buzzer keeps operating until the wrapping man-
ual control is enabled (with twine or net, depending
on the previously made selection), through the suit-
able "start" key placed on the on--board computer,
re. 1, fig. 7.
At the end of the wrapping process, the on--board
computer displays the message "INSERT END".
Wrapping continues until the end of the process;
then, the knife, re. 1, fig. 39 cuts the twine or the net,
re. 2, fig. 6. Now the bale can be unloaded opening
the tailgate by a double--acting element of the tractor
hydraulic control valve.

TWINE THREADING AND ROUTING
OPERATION
Twine type: practically all types of sisal and polypro-
pilene twines can be used.
The most used twine types are sisal by 250 kgm for
heavy bales and up to 400 kgm for light bales.
The recommended polypropilene twine is 350 kgm
for heavy bales (silage) and up to 750 kgm for light
bales.
Two twine rolls are required for each wrapper, re. 10
fig. 8.
These twine rolls must be linked reciprocally, in pairs,
following the sketch shown in fig. 8, to power the
wrappers with two rolls each.
When the bale has reached the pre--set pressure, the
buzzer integrated in the on--board computer is oper-
ated for about 2 seconds. At the same time (if the au-
tomatic wrapping is selected) the twine start motor,
re. 2, fig. 4, operates.
NOTE: if the twine ends or breaks during the wrap-
ping operations, thread it again following the above
procedure.
If the automatic wrapping has been selected, the
buzzer keeps operating until the wrapping manual
control is enabled through the suitable "start" key
placed on the on--board computer, re. 1, fig. 7.

turns the wrapper control pulley, re. 7, fig. 4, then
enters the wrapper rollers, re. 9, fig. 4.
-- The outer twine, re. 8 fig. 4, instead, goes directly
to the wrapper, re. 10 fig. 4.
