THROTTLE CONTROL MOTOR

TIP
9 Install the shaft a of the throttle control
motor by aligning it with the groove b of the
throttle shaft.
9 After assembling the throttle control motor,
make sure that the throttle valve c moves
smoothly.
1. Install:
9 Throttle control motor 1
NOTICE
When assembling the throttle control
motor, be sure to assemble the throttle
control motor and throttle shaft on the
same axis. After assembling, slightly push
the throttle valve by the finger in direction
d (within a play f of the shaft) and check
to see that the throttle valve is smoothly
returned in direction e by the spring force
when releasing the finger. If it is not
returned smoothly in direction e, be sure
to reassemble these parts and recheck the
valve return.

CHOKE CABLE

1. Install:
9 Choke knob 1
9 Nut 2
9 Washer 3
TIP
Fully press the choke knob and install them.
2. Install:
9 Choke inner cable 1
TIP
Insert it until clasp a of the choke cable reach-
es the stay.
Fully open the choke valve of the carburetor,
pass inner cable 1 through terminal wire hole
b of the choke shaft, and secure the inner
cable by tightening the screws. (When the
choke knob is pressed, the choke valve must
be fully opened.)
