CDI MAGNETO AND ROTOR REMOVAL

1. Remove:
9 Rotor nut 1
Use the sheave holder 2.
Sheave holder:
YS-01880, 90890-01701
2. Remove:
9 Rotor 1
Use the rotor puller 2, bolt 3.
Rotor puller:
YU-33270, 90890-03162
3. Remove:
9 Rotor 1
9 Woodruff key 2
9 CDI magneto 3
CDI MAGNETO AND ROTOR INSTALLA-
TION
NOTICE
Be sure to remove any oil grease from the
tapered portion of the magneto rotor using
a cloth dampened with thinner.
1. Install:
9 Woodruff key 1
9 CDI magneto 2
12 Nm (1.2 m · kgf, 8.9 ft · lbf)
