• Resserrer la vis de fixation (14).
• Faire tourner la table orientable (7) en déverrouillant la
poignée de fixation ( 9) et en appuyant simultanément
sur le levier (10) et l'amener sur l'angle désiré, c'est
àdire que le marquage (a) de la table orientable doit
correpondre à l'angle (8) désiré sur la table fixe (6).
• Resserrer la poignée de fixation (9) afin de maintenir
la table orientable (7) en position
• Réaliser la coupe conformément à la description du
point „Coupe à 90° et table rotative à 0°".
Réglage de précision de la butée pour la coupe à 45°
(Abb. 10, 11, 20)
• L'équerre (d) n'est pas comprise dans l'ensemble de
livraison.
• Placer la table orientable (7) sur 0° et la fixer.
• Desserrer la vis de fixation (24) et incliner la tête de
lamachine à 45° vers la gauche à l'aide de la poig
née (2)
• Abaisser la tête de la machine en la déverrouillant
à l'aide du bouton de déverrouillage (1) situé sur la
poignée (2).
• Placer l'équerre à 45° (d) contre la lame (18) et la
table orientable (7).
• Dévisser le contreécrou (51) et régler la vis de régla
ge (50) jusqu'à ce que l'angle entre la lame (18) et
la table (7) ait atteint 45°.
• Resserrer le contreécrou (51).
• Vérifier l'indication de l'indicateur d'angle. Si né
cessaire, dévisser la vis cruciforme du pointeur (49),
amenez le à 0° sur la graduation (23) et resserrer la
vis cruciforme.
Coupe de biais de 0°à 45° et table orientable à 0° (fig.
20, 21)
Attention ! Le rail de butée mobile (13) doit être fixé en
position extérieure lors des coupes de biais , tête de la
machine inclinée°.
• Desserrer la vis de fixation (14) du rail de butée mobi-
le et le faire glisser vers l'extérieur.
• Le rail de butée (13) doit être positionné vers
l'extérieur de manière à ce que l'interstice entre la
lame (18) et le rail (13) soit de 8mm maximum
• Vérifier avant d'effectuer une coupe que la lame (18)
n'entre pas en collision avec le rail (13).
• Resserrer la vis de fixation (14).
• La machine permet de réaliser des coupes de biais
vers la gauche de 0° à 45° par rapport à la surface de
travail.
• Placer la tête de machine en position supérieure.
Fixer la table orientable (7) en position 0°.
• Desserrer la vis de serrage (24) et incliner la tête de
la machine vers la gauche avec la poignée (2) jusqu'à
ce que le marquage (a) de la tête de la machine soit
aligné sur la mesure d'angle souhaitée (b). Resserrer
la vis de serrage (24) et réaliser la coupe comme dé-
crit au point « Coupe à 90° et table orientable à 0° »
• Retighten the lock screw (14).
• Loosen the locking screw (9) and press the switch (10)
in order to set the rotary table to the desired angle,
that is, the marking (a) on the rotary table (7) must
match the desired angle value (8) on the stationary
base plate(6).
• Retighten the lock screw (9) to secure the rotary table
(7).
• Cut as described under "Cut at 90° and rotary table at
0°".
Fine adjustment of the fence/sled for miter cut at 45°

• Try square/stop angle (c) not included.
• Secure the rotary table (7) in the 0° position.
• Loosen the locking screw (24) and using its handle
(2) tilt the machine head left to 45°.
• By pressing the release button (1) move the machine
head by its handle (2) downward.
• Put the 45° square (d) between saw blade (18) and
rotary table (7).
• Loosen the lock nut (51) and adjust the adjusting
screw (50) until the angle between the blade (18)
and rotary table (7) is 45° exactly.
• Retighten the lock nut (51).
• Finally, check the position of the angle display. If
necessary, loosen the pointer (49) using a Phillips
screwdriver and position on the angular scale posi
tion at 0° (23), and then tighten the retain screw
again.
Miter cut 0°- 45° and rotary table 0° (
Caution! The sliding stop rail (13) must be fixed in the
outer position in order to make miter cuts (tilted saw
head).
• Loosen the locking screw (14) of the sliding stop rail
and slide the sliding stop rail outward.
• The sliding stop rail (13) must be locked just before
the innermost position, so that the distance between
the stop rail (13) and saw blade (18) is maximum
8mm.
• Before cutting, ensure that the stop rail (13) and the
saw blade (18) do not collide.
• Retighten the locking screw.
• The machine allows you to make miter cuts running
left to the working surface with 0° 45° angles.
• Move the machine head into the upper position. Se
cure the rotary table (7) in the 0° position.
• Loosen the clamping screw (24) and by its handle (2)
tilt the machine head left until the marking (49) of the
machine head points to the desired angle (23). Re
tighten the clamping screw (24) and cut as described
under "Cut at 90° and rotary table at 0°".
