Attach the U bracing (C) with 2 countersink screws
M6x16 and knurled nuts (D) at the front of the saw-
ing table. Fig.3
ADJUSTING THE TABLE TOP
1 Set the table top to home position and tighten the
wing bolt (E) and the clamp lever (F) firmly.
2 Align the table top parallel to the sawing blade and
tighten the 3 screws. Observe that the sawing blade
is centred in the table inlay.

Fully set the belt guide upwards and clamp it tight.
2 Release the clamping lever (F) and the wing bolt (E)
at the swivelling segment (G).
3 Align the table at the right angle (9-5°) to the sawing
blade (use back square).
4 Adjust the adjusting screw (H) and lock it with a nut

The longitudinal arrester (5) can be used on both sides of
the sawing blade.
Clamping is done on both sides of the table with the bolt
lever (J)
MOUNTING THE SLIDING ROD HOLDER
Screw the hook screw for the sliding rod into the thread
at upper frame and lock it with the nut.
If the sliding rod is not in use, hang it on the hook screw.
m Commissioning
Before putting the machine into operation, carefully observe
the safety instructions.
When working with the machine, all protective devices
and guards must be fitted.
REPLACEMENT OF THE SAWING BAND
Danger!
Danger of injury even with sawing band at standstill.
When replacing the sawing blade, wear gloves.
Only use suitable sawing blades
1 Release the 2 knurl screws (D) and remove the U
bracing (C) under the sawing table
2 Open both housing doors.
3 Release the adjustment knob (9) until the sawing
blade is released.

Fixer la pièce de renfort en forme d'U (C) à l'aide de
2 vis à tête fraisée M6x16 et de 2 écrous moletés
(D) sur la face avant de la table de scie.

1 Régler le plateau de table à la position zéro et bien
serrer la vis à ailettes (E) et le levier de serrage (F).
2 Aligner le plateau de table parallèlement à la lame de
scie et bien serrer les 3 vis. S'assurer que la lame de
scie est bien centrée dans l'insert de table.

Régler le guide-lame supérieur vers le haut et le
fixer.
2 Desserrer le levier de serrage (F) et la vis à ailettes
(E) sur le segment à bascule (G).

Aligner le plateau de table perpendiculairement (9-
5°) à la lame de scie (utiliser une équerre).

MONTAGE DE LA BUTÉE LONGITUDINALE
La butée longitudinale (5) peut être utilisée sur les deux
faces de la lame de scie.
La fixation se fait des deux côtés de la table avec une
bride de serrage (J)
MONTAGE DU SUPPORT DE POUSSOIR
Visser le boulon à crochet du poussoir dans le filetage
supérieur du cadre de scie et le fixer avec un écrou.
Dans le cas où le poussoir n'est pas utilisé, l'accrocher
sur le boulon à crochet.
Respecter les consignes de sécurité avant de faire la mise
en service.
Tout les dispositifs de sécurité et de protection doivent
être montés pour le travail.
REMPLACER LA LAME DE SCIE À RUBAN
Danger !
Risque de blessures même si la scie à ruban est arrêtée.
Porter des gants de protection pour remplacer la lame de
scie à ruban.
(Fig.3 ) N'utiliser que des lames de scie à ruban appropriées
1 Desserrer les 2 vis à tête moletée (D) et retirer la
pièce de renforcement en forme d'U (C) en dessous
de la table de scie
