Laboratory Mill CD1
The design of the machine avoids complicated maintenance
problems.
Simply check out the following points:
❏ Pour several drops of vaseline oil on the distributor roller bearings
(4 points every 6 months).
❏ Regularly check the condition of the sieve fittings. The sieve
materials (nylon or stainless steel) must not be stressed and must
be able to vibrate at the same rotary speed as the sieve shaft.
❏ Changing the sieve fittings is done by replacing the complete
sieve device.
❏ The position of the final beaters has been set and pinned during
the machine tests. It is strongly recommended not to modify the set-
ting at any time.
