Connection of the suction and pressure lines

Ensure that the required seal is achieved by mounting O-rings on the connections when

connecting the suction and pressure line.
NOTE
We recommend that you use an appropriate suction pipe from our product range.

 Cut off the hose with a straight cut.
 Place an O-ring in the groove of a suction or pressure valve.
 Tighten the hose nozzle with a union nut.
 Slide the clip over the hose (2 clips recommended).
 Slide the hose over the hose nozzle and tighten the hose clips (hose clips to be
arranged in accordance with Fig. 7.10).

 Cut the pipe straight and deburr it.
 Slide the union nut over the pipe.
 Weld the pipe to the insert.
 Place an O-ring in the groove of a suction or pressure valve.
 Slide the union nut over the insert and tighten it.

 Slide the union nut and tensioning piece over the hose.
 Slide the hose onto the tapered part up to the stop collar.
 Slide the tensioning piece towards the tapered part until you encounter
discernible resistance.
 Place an O-ring in the groove of a suction or pressure valve.
 Tighten the union nut.
