Replacement of the motor including the frequency convertor

 Unplug the mains lead (Fig. 11.5, pos. 1).
 Loosen the front fastening screws (Fig. 11.5, pos. 20) at the top (short) and bottom
(long). (There is no need to loosen the fastening screws in the middle on the front).
 Remove the front panel (Fig. 11.5, pos. 19) together with the mainboard
(Fig. 11.5, pos. 16).
 Disconnect the motor control line connector (Fig. 11.5, pos.
mainboard.
 Disconnect all the wires from the connector for the motor control line (Fig. 11.5, pos. 21)
and remove the connectors.
 Loosen the cable connection (Fig. 11.5, pos. 6) and remove the motor control line
(Fig. 11.5, pos. 5) upwards.
 The 4 motor fastening nuts (Fig. 11.5, pos. 7) have to be loosened crosswise and
removed with the washers.
 Pull the motor (Fig. 11.5, pos. 3) off upwards.

Before replacing the motor, the plug has to be disconnected from the mains and is to be
prevented from being switched back on.
Do not set the motor on its edge!
