4.7 Ricomposizione gruppo cartuccia e
valvola di compressione
•
Inserire l'asta del pompante (25) all'interno della custodia (35).
•
Inserire la molla (23).

OTA
In entrambi i pompanti è presente un segmento di tenuta;
prima del montaggio verifi care che essi non siano usurati
o danneggiati, qualora sia necessario sostituirli. Prestare
la massima attenzione ed eventualmente aiutarsi con un
piccolo cacciavite a taglio per facilitare l'inserimento del
pistone del pompante nel tubetto-custodia. L'inserimento
del pistone deve avvenire senza interferenze.
•
Fissare in morsa la cartuccia completa, serrandola nella
superfi cie fresata del portamolla (74).
•
Con chiave fi ssa da 21 mm, avvitare la valvola di fondo (43)
alla coppia prescritta (vedi Tabella 5 - Coppie di serraggio).
•
Avvitare a fondo il controdado (22) nell'estremità superiore
dell'asta (25).

4.7 Re-assembling the cartridge unit and the
compression valve
•
Insert the piston rod (25) into the sleeve (35).
•
Insert the spring (23).

OTE
In both pumping elements there is a sealing segment; before
re-assembling make sure that it is not worn or damaged.
Replace if necessary. Take great care and if necessary use
a small fl at-tip screwdriver to help the piston of the pumping
element into the pumping element tube-sleeve. Insert the
piston without any interference.
•
Clamp the whole cartridge in the vice by the milled zone of
the spring clamp (74).
•
Using a 21 mm tube wrench tighten the bottom valve (43) up
to the required torque (see Table 5 - Tightening Torques).
•
Tighten the locknut (22) on the top of rod (25).
