Avvitare a fondo il tappo di chiusura (1) fi no a portarlo a
battuta con il controdado.
•
Spingere verso il basso il distanziale di precarica (17) e la
molla in modo da potere inserire una chiave da 17 mm nel
controdado (22).
•
Tenere fi sso il registro per il precarico della molla (4) con
chiave a bussola da 19 mm e serrare il controdado (22)
alla coppia prescritta (vedi Tabella 5 - Coppie di serraggio)
servendosi di una chiave da 17 mm.
•
Sollevare il portastelo (11) sul tubo portante.
•
Serrare, con la chiave a compasso da 4mm, alla coppia
prescritta (vedi Tabella 5 - Coppie di serraggio), il tappo di
chiusura (1) sul portastelo.
•
Ripristinare la corretta taratura del registro dell'estensione
(vedi capitolo 5).

Screw the cap (1) down until it reaches the locknut.
•
Push the pre-load spacer (17) and the spring down so that
you can insert a 17mm spanner into the locknut (22).
•
Holding the spring preload adjustment screw still (4) use
a 19mm socket wrench. to tighten locknut (22) at the
recommended torque (see Table 5 - Tightening torques).
•
Lift the slider (11) on the stanchion tube.
•
Use the 4mm open-ended spanner to tighten the cap
(1) onto the slider at the recommended torque (see
Table 5 - Tightening torques).
•
Reinstate the correct rebound setting (see chapter 5).
