4.10 Riempimento olio
•
Fissare lo stelo in morsa in posizione verticale.
•
Sollevare completamente il portastelo sul tubo portante.
•
Preparare in un misurino graduato la quantità di olio da
versare nello stelo (vedi Tabella 6 - Olio e quantità).
•
Versare all'interno del portastelo (11) circa 2/3 dell'olio
necessario, quindi effettuare alcune pompate per
eliminare l'aria.
•
Procedere fi no a versare la quantità necessaria.
•
Abbassare il portastelo sul tubo portante fi no alla battuta
del raschiapolvere sul piede portaruota.
•
Attendere alcuni minuti e verifi care il volume aria (vedi Tabella
6 - Olio e quantità) ed eventualmente ripristinare il livello.

OTA
Un volume d'aria inferiore o superiore, o un tipo i olio diverso
da quello prescritto possono modifi care il comportamento
della forcella in ogni sua fase.
•
Sollevare il portastelo (11) sul tubo portante.
•
Verifi care l'asta di rinvio del registro di ritorno sia
completamente avvitata.
•
Verifi care che il controdado sia completamente avvitato
sull'asta.
•
Inserire all'interno del portastelo la molla (19) sulla quale
sono state preinstallate la boccola guidamolla inferiore
(20) e la boccola guidamolla superiore (18).
•
Inserire all'interno il distanziale di precarica (17).

4.10 Filling with oil
•
Clamp the fork leg in the vice in a vertical position.
•
Lift the slider on the stanchion tube.
•
Prepare the quantity of oil to pour into the fork leg (see
Table 6 - Oil and quantity) in a graduated container.
•
Pour roughly 2/3 of the oil required into the slider (11), then
pump the fork a few times to remove any traces of air.
•
Pour the rest of the oil in.
•
Lower the slider on the stanchion tube until it reaches the
dust seal stop on the wheel axle clamp.
•
Wait for a few minutes and check the volume of the air
(see Table 6 - Oil and quantity) and if necessary refi ll to
the right level.

OTE
A lower or higher volume of air, or a type of oil other than the
recommended type can change the behaviour of the fork in
every phase.
•
Lift the slider (11) on the stanchion tube.
•
Check that the return rod of the adjuster is completely
tightened.
•
Check that the locknut is completely fastened onto the rod.
•
Into the slider insert the spring (19) onto which the lower
spring guide ring (20) and the upper spring guide ring (18)
are pre-installed.
•
Insert the pre-load spacer (17) into the slider.
