FRONT SUSPENSION SPRING PRELOAD

WARNING
These shock absorbers contain highly pressur-
ized nitrogen gas. Do not tamper with or
attempt to open the shock absorber assem-
blies.
Do not subject the shock absorber assemblies
to open flame or high heat, which could cause
them to explode.
CAUTION:
Be sure that the left and right spring preloads
are the same.
Check the front suspension spring preload and
adjust if needed.
• Loosen the locknut 1.
• Adjust the spring preload by turning the spring
seat 2.
