144. Disassemble the spinner and remove the propeller. Use a drill
and 7/32-inch (5mm) drill bit to drill the holes in the propeller
for the mounting screws.
 A drill press is highly recommended for drilling
the holes to guarantee the holes are properly
aligned when installing the propeller.
 Repeat this section of the manual to
prepare the remaining spinner.

COWLING INSTALLATION

145. Use a hobby knife with a #11 blade to remove the covering
on the top and bottom of the center section for the nacelle
mounting bolts.
146. Fit the dowels to the nacelle. Make sure to attach the left and
right nacelle in the correct location.
147. Secure the wing center section to the nacelle using the two
M5 x 40 socket head cap screws. Use care not to cross
thread the bolts when threading them into the blind nuts. Use
a 4mm hex wrench to tighten the bolts.
148. Apply a drop of threadlock on the two wing alignment pins.
Thread the pins into the blind nuts in the ends of the center
wing panel.
