149. Slide the wing tubes into the wing tube sockets.
 The wing tubes may be a tight fit in the socket.
Polishing the wing tube with fine sandpaper or
steel wool will help ease the installation of the wing
tube. Do not force the wing tubes in the sockets as
it can damage the structure inside the wing.
150. Remove the covering from the underside of the outer panels
so the screw for the alignment pin clamp screws can be
accessed.
151. Slide the wing panel into position. Connect the servo leads
and guide them into the wing panels.
152. With the outer panel tight against the center panel, use a
3mm hex wrench to tighten the alignment pin clamp screws
to secure the outer panel to the center panel.
 Do not over-tighten the screw in the clamps. To
remove the panels, the screw only needs turned
one full turn to release the alignment pin.
153. Slide the cowling into position.

154. Slide the spinner backplate on the motor shaft. Secure the
propeller to the motor. Position the cowl to align it with the
spinner. Leave a 1/8 inch (3mm) gap between the spinner
backplate and cowl. Tape the cowl securely in position so it
doesn't move in the following step.
155. Use a drill and 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit to drill the four
holes for the cowl mounting screws. Dimples in the cowl will
indicate the locations for these screws.
156. Remove the propeller, spinner and cowl from the nacelle. Use
a pin vise and 1/8-inch 3mm) drill bit to enlarge the holes for
the cowl mounting screws.
157. Prepare the holes for the cowl mounting screws by threading
an M2.5 x 10 self-tapping screw into each hole. Remove the
screws, then place 2 to 3 drops of thin CA in each hole to
harden the surrounding wood. Once the CA has fully cured, fi t
the cowl back on the nacelle and secure it using four M2.5 x
10 self-tapping screws.
158. Install the propeller and spinner.
