16. Use 15-minute epoxy to glue the servo tray to the inside of the
fuselage. Mount the servo as far forward in the fuselage as possible.
Use side cutters to trim the pushrod tube at the front edge of the
throttle servo mount.
17. Thread the throttle ball link 12 turns on the throttle pushrod.
18. Slide the pushrod into the throttle pushrod tube. Attach the ball end
to the carburetor arm using an M2 x 12 socket head cap screw, M2
washer and M2 lock nut. Tighten the hardware using a 1.5mm hex
wrench and hemostats.
19. Move the carburetor and servo to the low-throttle position and
tighten the setscrew securing the pushrod to the connector at the
servo. Use side cutters to trim the excess wire. Check the operation
of the carburetor using the radio system. Make any adjustments
necessary to fully open and close the carburetor using the radio
system.
20. Attach the muffl er to the engine using the hardware included with
the engine.
 Remember to turn the radio system off.

COWLING INSTALLATION

1.
Place the windscreen back on the fuselage. Trim the cowl using
hobby scissors to fi t around the muffl er and carburetor. Smooth any
rough edges using medium grit sandpaper and a rotary tool with a
sanding drum/

Cut four pieces of card stock that are 1/2 x 2 inches (13 x 51mm).
Make a 1/8-inch (3mm) hole in each piece. Tape the card stock to
the fuselage with the hole aligned with the blind nut in the fuselage.

Slide the cowling on the fuselage, making sure the paper markers
are on the outside of the cowl. Install the spinner backplate (not
included) and propeller (not included). Position the cowl so there is
a 3/32-inch (2mm) gap between the backplate and cowl. Also make
sure the cowl is aligned with the backplate. Use low-tack tape to
keep the cowl attached to the fuselage for the following steps.
4.
Use a felt-tipped pen to mark the holes on the cowl using the paper
templates as a guide.
5.
Remove the cowling from the fuselage and drill the locations using a
pin vise and 1/8-inch (3mm) drill bit.
