CAUTION!
Before returning devices and system components, they must be
completely cleaned of chemicals inside and outside!
Product-carrying lines and components must be flushed with sufficient
water to prevent the risk of injury to the personnel from chemical products.
The return must be requested "online":
https://www.ecolab-engineering.de/de/kontakt/ruecksendung.html.
Fill in all the details and follow the navigation.
The following documents must be completed:
– Returns form
– Request the form from Ecolab.
– Fill out the form correctly and in full.
– Fill out the clearance form.
– Send both in advance by fax: (+49 8662 61-258)
– System components:
– Free of all impurities (rinsed).
– In plastic packaging in cardboard to avoid leaks in the rinsing water.
– Cartons:
– Addressed to
Ä Chapter 1.8.2 'Technical support contact' on page 13.
– The word "REPAIR" must be written on a sticker or in clear
handwriting.
– Attach a return form.
