Remove all the tape from the gear doors. Check the operation
of the retract and gear doors. The doors will open as the
retract lowers.

Use a straight edge aligned with the cut-out of the former. Use
a pencil to make a mark centered between the cut-out and
opening for the retract.

Use a pin vise and 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit to drill a hole for
the retract gear door rubber band screws.
Bohren Sie mit einem 1.5mm Bohrer die Löcher für die

Thread the screws into the holes, then remove the screws. Apply
2 to 3 drops of thin CA in each hole to harden the surrounding
wood. Once the CA fully cures, install the screws, leaving the
heads of the screws out 3/32 inch (2mm) so the rubber band
can be attached to the screws. Use a #1 Phillips screwdriver
when installing the screws.
Drehen Sie die Schrauben in die Löcher und entfernen die
Schrauben wieder. Geben Sie zwei bis drei Tropfen dünnfl üssigen
Sekundenkleber in jedes Loch um das umgebende Holz
zu härten. Drehen Sie nach dem Trocknen des Klebers die

eingehängt werden kann.
Vissez les vis dans les trous, puis retirez-les. Appliquez 2 à 3
gouttes de colle cyano fi ne dans chaque trou pour durcir les
fi lets dans le bois. Une fois que le colle est sèche, installez les
vis en laissant la tête à une distance de 2mm du couple afi n de
pouvoir positionner les bandes caoutchouc. Utilisez un tournevis
cruciforme #1 pour installer les vis.
Avvitare le viti nei fori e poi toglierle. Mettere 2 o 3 gocce di colla
CA liquida in ciascun foro per indurire il legno. Quando la colla
è completamente asciutta, rimettere le viti lasciando che la loro
testa sporga di circa 2mm per potervi avvolgere l'elastico. Per
avvitare usare un cacciavite a stella #1.
