6.1 Spindle fittings for mounting helicoidal drills
A spindle end ① with a Weldon attachment can be fitted to the machine to allow the use of helicoidal drills ③.
The drill is held in the spindle end by a flat-ended screw ②.

6.2 Transport/protection box
The transport box (Ref. MAL) protects the machine during transport and
storage, together with the pressurised tank and accessories case (Ref.
LZL). All items have a dedicated position for maximum support and
protection.
6.3 Utilisation for grooved rails
The machine can be used on grooved rails.
For drilling a rail on the groove side (see Fig.1):
Special clamping pieces ④ must be used (complete as fully as possible the
document shown in Appendix A).
For drilling a rail on the side opposite the groove (see Fig.2):
Special clamping pieces ④ must be used, together with spacers ⑤ (Ref.
11294 or 11294 A or 11294 B depending on design) (complete as fully as
possible the document shown in Appendix A).
