CHAPTER 3: INSTALLATION – UTILISATION

3.1 Spindle alignment

The drill must only be fitted when the engine is stopped.
In order to permit easy and rapid drill attachment without removing clamps, the machine is fitted with a spindle alignment screw ①.
Using a 4 mm Allen key (Ref. GBJ) delivered with the case (Ref. LZL), turn the alignment screw ① until the spindle ③ is in a position which gives easy
access to the screws ②. This means that tightening the screws ② will be easier once the drill is mounted on the spindle.
Never start the engine of the machine with a spanner attached to the alignment screw ① ① ① ① .
