5.1.4 Cleaning and lubrication

Take care to keep the machine as clean as possible. The care devoted to cleaning the machine is a factor in its longevity and correct operation.
Clean the machine carefully using a clean cloth or a blower, taking care to remove any accumulated dirt, in particular close to moving parts. As a precaution,
always wear gloves to avoid injury or burns to the hands.
Do not use petrol for cleaning purposes. Only use non-flammable, non-toxic products which are harmless to the
user of the equipment.
Replace or repair immediately any worn, damaged or missing part if there is a risk for safety.
Lubricate the clamp screw regularly ①
After working on the spindle casing ②, check that there is sufficient grease
and top-up if necessary with one of the following products :

TOTAL

ESSO (EXXON)
•
SHELL
• MOBIL
•
KLUBER
or any other grease meeting the ISO-L-XEEBA2 standard (NLG12 grease
for heavy loads) Utilisation temperature from –54°C to +177 ° C).
