The SAFE LED is present on the PH200 photocells ("Figure 54").

Possible solution
Check that there is a voltage of approximately 8-12 Vdc at the photocell terminals; if
the voltage is correct, the photocell is probably faulty.
Repeat the learning procedure on the control unit. Check that all pairs of photocells
on the ECSbus have different addresses (see photocell instruction manual).
