D - CONNECTING OF THE MASTER Wi-Fi OS
WARNING: Placing the MASTER Wi-Fi inside metal containers can cause a malfunction of the system. Therefore connect the 868MHz antenna code ACG5451 to be applied in view of the safety
devices for perfect reception/transmission of radio signals.
WARNING: IT IS IMPORTANT TO ACTIVATE THE PRE-FLASHING FUNCTION ON THE CONTROL UNITS (IF AVAILABLE).
It is recommended to store an automatic closing time TCA of no more than one minute on the motor control board.
On the control panel, check the presence of the protection fuse for the power supply of the 12/24V ac/dc accessories.
If it is not present, connect a 200 mA delayed fuse (T) in series to the MASTER power supply.
- Before making the connections, disconnect the power supply from the automation control panel.
NOTE: the gate opens approximately 2 seconds after a command is given from the button. This is to allow the MASTER Wi-Fi OS board to check the presence and correct operation of the
memorized safety devices.

* OBLIGATORY connection for panels with a 120/230V ac blinker output
!
** OBLIGATORY connection for panels with a 12/24V ac/dc blinker output. ATTENTION: CHECK POLARITY !
ATTENTION: The connection is mandatory even if there is no flasher on the system. If there is no flasher output, connect to the U-V terminals that power the motor
ATTENTION: Always connect the control panel blinker output to the MASTER Wi-Fi OS card terminals J4 if blinker output is 230V or connect to the wires of the J2 connector if blinker output
is 12/24V. If the connection is not made, the door will not work and the buzzer emits 4 sounds indicating that the connection is missing.

AUTOTEST (brown wire A+ TEST) to comply with the EN 12453 Par. 5.1.2 standard
- Connect the A+ TEST autotest output of the control panel to the brown wire of the MASTER
Wi-Fi OS so as to be able to check the safety devices at the end of each
complete opening of the automation.
- Closing is carried out only if the MASTER Wi-Fi OS card has passed the
control test.
- If the MASTER Wi-Fi OS card control test fails, the control panel will block
the automation and the LED EDGE PHOT will indicate a safety device issue
flashing red/green.
The buzzer emits an alternating sound for 1 minute to signal the problem.
The alarm status of the buzzer comes on again for 1 minute when a control
is given.
If the panel is not equipped with an auto test, the control test is ignored.
