You should use this program if you grind your flour yourself. Always use cold liquid for freshly ground flour, because the
flour or grist is already warm.
PROGRAM 5, WHOLE GRAIN, FAST
With this program the loaves do not rise as much as they do with program 3 whole-grain. The loaves have a significantly
reduced rising time, consequently do not use this program to make sour-dough bread.

Tip: Instead of butter you can simply use a seasoning oil,
