3 Control of oil level and refreshing pump oil
Check for each use of the machine, the oil with the oil level glass or with the oil
level bar. Oil must stand right with the sign of the oil level glass, if this is not, oil
tops up until the sign. If oil looks milky, consult directly the DiBO technicians.
To refresh oil, work as follows:
• Unbolt the drain plug below the pump.
• Unbolt the tap with the oil level bar.
• Catch all oil in a barge and remove oil like further described in the guide.
• Force up the drain plug there and top up the oil in the breach to the upper
part to on the mark line.
• Force up the tap with the oil level bar there.
• Recommended oil: 1.836.042 (+- 1Ltr, depending the pump).
4 Control of oil level and refreshing reduction gearbox oil
Check for each use of the machine, the oil with the oil level glass. Oil must stand
right with the sign of the oil level glass, if not the case, refill the oil up to the
mark sign. If oil looks milky, consult directly the DiBO technicians.
To refresh oil, work as follows:
• Unbolt the drain plug below the reduction gearbox.
• Catch all oil in a barge and drain the dirty oil in an environmental friendly way.
• Tighten the drain plug (with new seal ring) and top up the oil to the upper part
till the mark line.
• Recommended oil: 1.836.015 (0.35 Ltr).
5 Cleaning water filters
Clean the filter cartridge (60 μ) of the water filter and strainer (3/4") regularly,
remove possible dirt. Before dismantling the bowl (cartridge filter) you should
first release the pressure, next clean the filter. Replace the filter cartridge filter
and every damaged parts (O-ring, ...) if necessary to ensure good performance
under pressure and water- tightness of the whole filter. Loosen the filter at the
bottom of the trailer (at the height of the position light) simply and clean it. If
necessary, you can replace the sieve.
6 Maintenance CNG engine general
For maintenance activities to the engine we advise to consult also the supplied
engine manual. Recommended oil: 1.836.055 (3.4 Ltr).

7 Oil drain & filling of engine
• Draining of oil
Remove the drain cap (1) from the engine block. Connect a drain hose to the
engine block (possibly via a nipple), the oil will drain through the hose. Another
option is to pump out the oil via the oil dipstick (3) via a hose to the engine
bottom and a drain pump. Collect all used oil in a drip tray. Replace or clean the
oil filter (2) if necessary (see also engine manual). Push the plug back into the
engine block (at the end of oil maintenance).
