The transfer pump is used for pumping the water from the external tank to the
JMB water tank. There is a float protection in the water tank thus to prevent that
the transfer pump continues to transfer pump water (overflow protection) from
the external tank to the JMB water tank. The transfer pump can run dry without
any damage. However, it will reduce unnecessary battery power. The transfer
pump can be switched on/off through the display. See also added manual of the
transfer pump. The transfer pump can work approx. 15 minutes after the engine
has been stopped. Use the pump only with clear water! The overflow protection
of the water tank ensures that the transfer pump will stop automatically when
the tank is filled with water.

The high pressure valve is located below the control panel at the left high
pressure hose reel and with it, you can close the water supply of the left
spray equipment or by using both reels. Pay attention: use the correct spray
equipment! Spray lance 400 mm for single reel use, spray lance 200 mm for
double reel use. Note: the high pressure valve is not mounted when you choose
a low pressure hose/reel & high pressure hose/reel.

If the temperature on the temperature probe exceeds the setpoint value.
The chimney thermostat will now arrange that the fuel valve and the burner
motor will be interrupted directly. The chimney thermostat can only be reset by
means of pushing the green reset button on the thermostat (first unscrew the
black protection) in the burner electric box.

The trailer can be equipped with a tracker. The necessary information/data can
be achieved via a login on the tracker website. Also use/reed the delivered
manual of the tracker (1.780.510).
During longer shutdown (few months) the slumber consumption from the
tracker can assure that, the battery of the trailer can get empty. To prevent
this, the tracker can be disconnected if the machine is stored / stocked for a
long time. The disconnecting of the tracker is easy by removing the fuse to the
tracker. This fuse is mounted in a fuse holder or fuse terminal in the electric
box. See the table / indicative photo for the marking and description. Remove
the fuse (1A) from the holder or click the terminal open to uncouple the power
supply to the tracker.

Note: when disconnecting the tracker, no more
location, hours or error messages are registered!
When the tracker has power supply, the tracker will attempt to connect to GPS
satellites, which will update the date and time and the device will receive the
correct settings again after which it will send all the logged data to the platform.
The SIM card must have a connection with a mobile phone network to send all
relevant data.
