The CNG tanks can be found at the back side of the trailer. They are equipped
with (an) electro-mechanical valve(s) with 3 protections: flow limiter (protection
at pipeline rupture), burst disc (protection against explosion at high pressures)
and temperature monitoring fuse (protection against explosion at high
temperatures). These components ensure the protection of the installation in
case of unforeseen or undesirable circumstances. When these components
go into operation, they are NO LONGER USABLE. The complete part must be
mandatory replaced in that case.

Be careful with thermal protection in operation; it will cause a long
blowpipe flame. This will not immediately extinguish -> Forcing
the flame to burn out (controlled) is the consequence. Do not cool
the fuse protection when the installation is burning. There is a risk
of unexpected blow-off from the CNG tank via the burst disc.
Be careful with burst disc active; due to the high pressure,
the gas sprays (flame) over a long distance! In case of
calamities; first bring yourself to safety and avoid that the
area catches fire (carefull! Each action taken should not
endanger yourself). Contact the emergency services!
Filling can happen via the filling coupling at the operating compartment.
In case of leaks, the yellow shut-off valve on the tank(s) can always be closed

The run- dry protection is mounted in the water tank. If the level in the water
tank is to low, the motor gets switched off by means of the dry run protection.
The cleaner goes in failure.
17 H E AT E XC H A N G E R
The heat exchanger is used to cool the engine temperature, through the heat
exchanger cold water will be flowed in the primary circuit. In the secondary
circuit the hot water flows from the engine. The heat exchanger ensures now
that the secondary circuit water will be cooled and hotter water flows through
the primary circuit into the high pressure pump.
