Control of oil level and refreshing pump oil

Check for each use of the machine the oil with the oil level glass or with the oil
level bar. Oil must stand right with the sign of the oil level glass, if the this case
is not, oil tops up until the sign. If oil looks forward to there milky, consult directly
the DiBO technicians. To refresh oil, as follows work goes:
• Unbolt the drain plug below the pump.
• Unbolt the tap with the oil level bar.
• Catch all oil in a barge and remove oil like further described in the guide.
• Force up the drain plug there and top up the oil in the breach to the upper
part to on the mark line.
• Force up the tap with the oil level bar there.
• Recommended oil: 1.836.042.

For maintenance activities to the motor we guess to consult the supplied
instructions for use of the motor. Recommended oil: 1.836.010.

Control/refreshing oil level vacuum pump oil

Open the oil filling plug (1) and fill with oil till the oil level reaches the middle
of the oil sight glass (2). After filling, tighten the oil filling plug! To change the
oil, the warm pump must be switched off and ventilated to reach atmospheric
pressure. Drain the oil through the oil drain plug (3). Refasten the oil drain plug
(3) and fill with fresh oil through the oil fill plug (1). Used oil must be disposed
of according to environmental laws! Recommended oil: Busch A555 (synthetic
lubricant for piston compressors).
There's also oil misting present in the vacuum pump. This to protect against
possible corrosion in the vacuum pump. The misting happens automatically.
Pay attention: check on sufficient oil level to the tank, refill when necessary!
Recommended oil for misting: 1.836.052 (Mineral oil VG 68 -2.5 ltr).
7 Cleaning of the water filters
Clean the filter cartridge (60 μ) of the water filter and strainer (3/4") regularly,
remove possible dirt. Before dismantling the bowl (cartridge filter) you should
first release the pressure, next clean the filter. Replace the filter cartridge filter
and every damaged parts (O-ring, ...) if necessary to ensure good performance
under pressure and water- tightness of the whole filter.
8 Cleaning of the oil- and fuel filters
The oil- and fuel filters defuse and cleaning, possibly replace. Empty the fuel
tank. Remove the drain plug and catch possible dirt in a can. Rinse clean the
tank with a little it off clean fuel and turn close the drain plug.
