Control of oil level and refreshing pump oil

Check for each use of the machine the oil with the oil level glass or with the oil
level bar. Oil must stand right with the sign of the oil level glass. If not, oil tops up
until the sign. If oil looks milky, consult the DiBO technicians directly. To refresh
oil, work as follow:
• Unbolt the drain plug below the pump.
• Unbolt the tap with the oil level bar.
• Catch all oil in a barge and remove oil like further described in the guide.
• Force up the drain plug there and top up the oil in the breach to the upper part
to on the mark line.
• Force up the tap with the oil level bar there.
• Recommended oil: 1.836.047 (+- 2Ltr, see also manual of the pump) (according
DIN 51517 part 2).

Cleaning the water filters
Clean the filter cartridge (60 μ) of the water filter and strainer (3/4") regularly,
remove possible dirt. Before dismantling the bowl (cartridge filter) you should
first release the pressure, next clean the filter. Replace the filter cartridge filter
and every damaged parts (O-ring, ...) if necessary to ensure good performance
under pressure and water- tightness of the whole filter.

Cleaning fuel tank + oil and fuel filters
The oil- and fuel filters defuse and cleaning, possibly replace. See manual diesel
engine for maintenance instructions en procedures.

Maintenance engine general

For maintenance activities to the engine we advise to consult also the supplied
instructions for engine use. Recommended oil: 1.836.055 (+- 7 Liter / 1.85
Gallon). Engine coolant: 1.836.075 (+- 8.5 Liter / 2.25 Gallon).
It is recommended that maintenance work is always
carried out by a recognized Kubota technician.

Air filter engine
The air filter is mounted beneath the radiator of the diesel engine.
A vacuum detector is mounted on the back side of this filter and gives a signal
when the air filter is polluted. At pollution a message will be displayed on at
the control panel. After the going on of the indication light, the air filter must be
cleaned or replaced as soon as possible. It's also recommended to check or
replace the air filter as described at the maintenance diagram and the motor
specifications. At the switching on of the machine the filter state is checked
automatically and the indication extinguish as soon as the filter is clean or
replaced.

Maintenance of the trailer

Lubricate or oil all sliding or jointed parts of the overrun device every 12 months
(see photo). Check regularly for dirt, corrosion or damages. Check regularly the
ball clutch on good operation, potential cleaning and greasing.
Check after the first time the wheel bolts of the trailer and, if necessary, fasten
the wheel bolts. Follow the good torque moments (see also technical data 8.4).
Repeat this always when a wheel is loosened, for example if a tyre is changed
(tighten wheel bolts crosswise). White rust on hot-dip galvanized vehicle parts
does not affect safety and can be reduced by means of the following measures:
• Ensure good ventilation when parking or storing hot-dip galvanized parts.
• After winter operation, wash the hot-dip galvanized surfaces with clean water.
